Report on Coregonus macrophthalmus (ground nets) for the year 2022
The current report on the stock monitoring of Coregonus macrophthalmus is available.
On 5 days in the period from June to September, various sample catches are carried out by employees of the State Fish Hatchery Nonnenhorn. Bottom nets (100 m net length, thread size 0.12 mm) with mesh sizes of 32 mm, 36 mm and 38 mm are used as standard. In addition, the state fisheries inspectors carry out test catches of at least 25 gang fish each with 38 mm and 42 mm bottom nets in five inspection districts shortly before the spawning season to record the age, weight and length of the fish and to take scale samples.
